Xenophantos aus dem Demos LamptraiI Sekretär war; im Skiro-phorion am zweiundzwanzigsten, dem fünfundzwanzigsten (Tag) der Prytanie;Haupt-Volksversammlung in dem Theater; von den Vorsitzenden leitete die Abstimmung Dra-kontides S.d. Lonikos aus dem Demos Aphidna und seine Mitvorsitzenden. Beschluss von Ratund Volk; Lakrates S.d. Mentor aus dem Demos Perithoidai stellte den Antrag: Da Kle-archos wohlwollend ist insgesamt gegenüber dem Volk und speziell gegenüber den nachE- - kommenden Bürgern; - - -und hierüber ihm Zeugnis abgelegt wurde von mehrerenBürgern; – Da es dem Volk Tradition ist, die guten Menschen zu ehren,zu Glück und Heil!, wolle beschließen der Rat: dass die Vorsitzenden, die zum Vorsitzfür die kommende Haupt-Volksversammlung erlost werden, hierüber verhandeln lassen und dieBeschlussvorlage des Rates in die Volksversammlung einbringen, wonach der Rat es für gut befindet,dass man belobige Klearchos S.d. T- - und bekränze mit einemOlivenkranz wegen seiner Leistung und seines Wohlwollens gegenüber dem Volk derAthener; dass man ihm auch das Bürgerrecht verleihe nach Prüfung indem Gerichtshof gemäß dem Gesetz - - -- - -

Lakrates son of Mentor of Perithoidai proposed: since Klearchosis well-disposed collectively to the People, and individuallyto citizens coming to E- -and evidence of these things has been given by a number of the citizens,and it is ancestral custom for the People [to honour good men];for good fortune, the Council shall decide, that the presiding committee allotted to presideat the forthcoming Assembly shall put these matters on the agenda, and submitthe opinion of the Council to the People that it seems good to the Councilto praise Klearchos son of T- - of - - -, and crown him with a foliagecrown for his excellence and his good will towards the Peopleof the Athenians; and he shall also be granted citizenship, having been scrutinisedin the court in accordance with the law - - -- - -
